Meyer Lemon Curd

A traditional English curd made with California Meyer lemons and pure butter creates the perfect balance  of tart and sweet. Serve with scones, breakfast breads or shortbread. Fill baked phyllo dough cups with Greek yogurt and top with curd. Fold into fresh strawberries and serve on short cakes with a dollop of whipped cream.
